Cyber4Sight® On-Demand provides customers the ability to tap our dedicated team of senior analysts to field custom Requests For Intelligence reports -- or RFI—virtually any computer-security related topic is fair game. Our team of specialists is available for anything from on-demand malware or attack analysis and deep web research to vulnerability and exploit evaluations, as well as threat-actor profiling and native-language, regional-, and country-specific risk assessments. Purchasing an RFI includes up to a maximum of eight hours of labor time.

Introduction to CMMI® for Development Plus Services Supplement

The CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) course is bundled with the Services Supplement to fulfill the training prerequisites required of any course or role requiring an official introductory CMMI for Services course, including being an appraisal team member on a CMMI-SVC SCAMPI appraisal. The CMMI for Development training materials would be covered in the first two-and-one half, 2.5 days; and the Services Supplement for CMMI would be covered in one-half day, at the end of the third day.

The Services Supplement is a CMMI Institute licensed supplement course that builds on the common concepts introduced during the Intro to CMMI-DEV course; and focuses on the unique aspects of the CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC).

The CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) course is bundled with the Development Supplement to fulfill the prerequisite for any course or role requiring an official introductory CMMI for Development Course. Introduction to CMMI® for Development

This three-day course introduces managers and practitioners, appraisal team members, and process improvement teams to CMMI® fundamental concepts. The CMMI® for Development (CMMI®-DEV) model is a tool that helps organizations to improve their ability to develop and maintain quality products and services. The course is composed of lectures and class exercises with ample opportunity for participant questions and discussions.

This course fulfills a prerequisite requirement for many courses requiring an official Introductory CMMI® course (e.g., Intermediate Concepts of CMMI®, SCAMPI Lead Appraiser Training, and Understanding CMMI® High Maturity Practices). This course also fulfills a prerequisite if you want to be a CMMI®-DEV SCAMPI appraisal team member (ATM) or become a Certified CMMI® Associate.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • ▻▻Understand the importance and benefit of using and improving defined processes,
  • ▻▻Understand the architecture and content of the CMMI® models (maturity levels, capability levels, process areas, generic and specific goals and practices),

Introduction to CMMI® for Services

This three-day course is the definitive introductory course about the CMMI® for Services (CMMI®-SVC) model. The course provides the knowledge you need to take your first steps with CMMI®-SVC and is a prerequisite for any certification or subsequent course that calls for an Introduction to CMMI® requirement. CMMI®-SVC is a comprehensive set of guidelines that helps organizations to establish and improve processes for delivering service. CMMI®-SVC adapts and extends proven standards and best practices to reflect the unique challenges faced in service industries. This set of guidelines also serves as a practical framework for achieving superior service quality, controlling costs, improving schedule performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This course enables participants to: describe the components of the CMMI®-SVC model and their relationships, apply the model's process areas, and locate information in the model.
